We have confirmed that several spoofed emails claiming to be from our hotel have been sent to customers who have made reservations through Booking.com.
You may be asked to provide access or personal information, with messages such as “If you do not click within a few hours, your reservation will be canceled.”
We will never send such emails to customers.
